Mitch Cronin
Bungees? I thought I was gonna see seat belts around the yoke... a la C-150 style.
Timothy
Brings back the memory of my first plane trip with my father in 1954. Northeast Airlines DC-3 - HYA-ACK-LGA. Everything seemed so simple in those days. No hasels, just the joy of flying.
CAT3DUAL
As basic as you can get, over the years I've seen some fairly decked out DACs, some of the best around belong to Jurassic Joe up in YZF.

Kip Powick
No joke just a spelling error... ....the DC-3 was called the "DAKOTA" and commonly referred to as the "DAK" ...not the "DAC"..
Moon The Loon
No joke just a spelling error... ....the DC-3 was called the "DAKOTA" and commonly referred to as the "DAK" ...not the "DAC".. No worries Kip. The "older" folks on the forum new ex-ACT-ly what you meant.

Moretork
Back in the 70's, a fellow DAK pilot used the seat belt, but it broke the yoke one very gusty day. He got quite the reaction from the other pilots when he walked in the office with the broken conrtol wheel in his hand and said "better watch out guys, it's awful gusty out there." Of course they all thought is broke in his hands while flying.
