Thanks Greg. Same here... :)

I was anxious from the beginning with that 'cause I didn't see the airport... By the time he was down to turning base and final into something like turns 3 and 4 at Darlington, I couldn't breath 'til I saw that runway. :) 

I can't imagine how clear an estimation of one's engine out glideslope needs to be for that kind of perfect outcome.

Well, those who have flown sailplanes would ask, "What's the big deal?"  In a sailplane every landing is "deadstick".  I was impressed with his calm radio comms and clear thinking though  - pretty good for a "power" guy!
