Preety funny indeed,

there is a departure however from that ol -200 in your face whether you want it or not humor. We are moving towards perhaps a more target oriented appch and this is being advised in the training classes as well as on the line.

With the institution of the TVs and the increase in routes not all have understood the small town humor that used to be.

Today I think the product has evolved - that being said we really do still take pride in trying to be the best in customer service.
