Every time I try to sign into AC since that  password change last year I alway get directed to this Microsoft site.

I can get into the travel site no problems

Can anyone post the link to get into AC so I, as a retired employee , can check pension info etc etc?

Thanks

I got the same email, that’s how I got started down this rabbit hole. I will try that number Monday and see how it goes.

The steps are:

1) Put in your old work email address, it will then prompt a phone call to your registered number to confirm your identity.

2) That takes you to the log in page where you then go through the 'old' sign in procedure.

It is an extra step for security, it is annoying, but after the first time you do it, it is easy.
