I heard two. The Captain who chimed in later did not sound as German as the FO. Lots of foreign accents/voices heard  flying US airliners these days too.

Not necessarily. Some airlines let the F/O drive from the right seat on the ground from engine start to shutdown at the destination gate. Complete role reversal. Rare, but it happens.

Moon is correct however after viewing it again to the end I think Kip has called it. FO perhaps is an American working for LH (parent, wife from the Fatherland) and the German accented person sounds a little more seasoned.
