Moon The Loon Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 I've believed for many years that the trucking industry in Ontario has made some kind of agreement with the OPP to act as police-on-the-fly enforcers of the 100 KPH speed limit.Much to many people's disbelief, speed is not the leading cause of accidents: stupid is as stupid does.
