Almost Perfect

I recall flying with pilots who would screw up everything possible from T/D to 50’ and then somehow before touchdown just grease it on. All you would hear would be a multitude of compliments from passengers and crew about the fabulous landing. Meanwhile the fellow in question really needed a full review of company SOP’s and auto-flight functions.

The light aircraft in this video is described as a perfect landing in near zero visibility. A small course correction near minimums and low over the threshold but other than that it looks ‘perfect’. And far from zero vis.

By any measure I can detect from watching the video "perfect" means "touching down on the centreline".  You can mess up the approach, the visual transition and the flare but if you touch down on the centreline - perfect landing!
