deicer
Wonderful to see them utilizing the historic pad for launch again, and the landing back on ground is amazing!
blues deville
Truly an amazing feat of engineering. Interesting to see it launched into the low cloud. Something they didn't do with a manned mission. I've witnessed two shuttle launches and both were delayed due to morning fog as the NASA runway nearby was their first recovery airport if required. I was wondering where all the launch gear disappeared to as it landed. I now realize it launched from one pad and landed on the other. 39A & 39B. I only know these numbers because I used to fly with an FO who was a NASA expert. He told me he once corrected a tour guide at Cape Canaveral. Apparently it went over really well.
