DEFCON
Your points are all fair Mitch but, how about dealing with the dredge that live by the "that's not my job attitude"?
Guest Patrick Bergen
Sound like some pretty reasonable requests. It is very interesting when you think that none of your requests cost extra money. Well...like Red Green says " We're all in this together"
Guest JakeYYZ
Sorry to bud-in here. I’m a 30-year employee and I have never heard the “it’s not my job” phrase uttered by any of my associate’s. No. Never.
Mitch Cronin
I think the best way that can be dealt with is by their co-workers. If you could imagine a slick running, lean-mean-fighting-machine, with good leadership and good communication, that all comes together as a gelled unit, there wouldn't be any room for slackers. Everyone would care... They'd soon get voted off the island, or they'd shape up. We're a long way from that.
