2.0EPR
Does anyone know what is happening with that Tango 737 parked in YEG. It has been there a long time and has been parked before the rest of Zip's fleet as well as before Tango went tits up. Anyone know the story? Fido
No market for the aircraft to be sold. Free parking on unused tarmac.
Johnny
Very kindly donated by Milton to the museum at YXD. Needs a little work to be airworthy, followed by a paint job to original PWA colors, then a short flight to YXD.
AME
What's the tail number??? is there more than 1 737 parked at EG? I heard rumblings that one parked there might be returned to service and operated by Norterra (fin #545???)
Johnny
I heard the same thing, that one 737 was going to Norterra. Milton has donated an Aircraft to the museum at XD. I've heard it is the Tango machine at EG but things could have changed?
AME
A/C 545 is going to be made serviceable for 2 flights, it'll be ferried to YYZ? for painting in the old PWA colours then flown back to Edmonton where it will be donated to the museum. or possibly N.A.I.T??? Fido
#545 is a nice pick as it is an original PWA aircraft. Too bad there wasn't a -275C still around with gravel kit and cargo door.
