Air Canada pilot strike vote open.

Seems once again Air Canada has managed to split the Union membership. Throwing a bunch of money at the old guard who think those young kids should shut up and wait their turn is true to form. Years ago, it was screwing over new hires to save their DB pensions. This time is not much different  - no real scheduling improvements for the narrow body crowd who work the maximum days every month. No pay parity for entry level positions to even the Canadian counterparts let alone south of the border. The list goes on. 

"But I made $30k when I joined and it worked out fine" doesn't cut it.
