A "survey" based on Twitter sentiment is sort of like appointing the Chief of Police based off of comments made on an organized crime chat room.

Oh yeah, it's total nonsense.  Amusing none the less that there are 3 Canadian airlines in the "most hated" category and 3 in the "most loved".

Bearskin could say, "We're the world's most loved airline"  (only 46.6% of our passengers have something bad to say about us!)  Aren't statistics fun?

Based on a very recent experience, #7 and #4 should be reveresed in the hate  list.....
