Kip Powick Posted December 10, 2016 Share Posted December 10, 2016 My sister-in-law and her friend flew YOW - YYZ-LAS-YYZ -YOW on AC...a three day adventure at the casinos They arrived back in OW last Thursday. In a nutshell they said their experiences on all AC flights were beyond belief as far as courtesy and comfort went. Ground staff, as a well as cabin crew, seemed to go out of their way to ensure all passengers on every flight were happy. The one lady has done a lot of flying on AC and said the sectors they did were unbelieveable...in a good way. She was so impressed, she is writing a letter to AC detailing how wonderfully the two ladies were treated. Well done AC Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I thought there was a conspiracy of some sort to prevent any postings whatsoever on any media that is positive for AC. Or at least it looked that way. This is the treatment I usually witness when I travel on AC. I have been fortunate to have NOT witnessed any of the negative things I see posted regularily online. Thanks for posting it Kip. Sent her laudatory letter to AC and today received a very nice letter telling her that her comments were very much appreciated and that her comments would be passed on to the FA section in hopes that the FAs that were on the two flights were made aware of the full scope of the compliments.
