Kip Powick
.............to advise all that PETER HOPKINS, the Flight Surgeon that many of us have had the pleasure meeting in CP, as well as AC, passed away this day, 14 November, losing a battle with thymus cancer. He was a Flight Surgeon in the RCAF and moved to the civil side and was a 'hoot' to have our annual and biannual medicals with. He will be sorely missed.

Johnny
RIP Doctor Hopkins, you were truly one of the best and will be sorely missed. His classic line; "So, have you seen a real Doctor since I saw you last?" Fantastic Doctor, wonderful human being and a great friend of all the Pilots.
Critter
"Well, you walked in. That's always a good start""Strip down to your shorts. If you take longer than a minute, I'll send in the girls to watch."Just a few of the one liners he always had to make things light. He will be missed. cp fa
Peter did my initial medical with CP Air back in the day. I remember him telling me to say "aaah", looking in my mouth, and blurting out "Wow! It's like the Grand Canyon in there!"He was a gentleman and a professional, and he had a great sense of humour. He will be sorely missed.
