Trying to get home from work on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend.... I finally found a clear stretch of road - after 2 1/2 hrs - and somehow, my foot found the floor.... Then, what to my wondering eyes should appear over the first rise in the road?..... Why, a cop, of course! ..... when he got to my window, I said, "Why don't you just shoot me?" boestar Posted October 3, 2013 Share Posted October 3, 2013 This week I have spent 9.5 hours in commute on the Motorcycle. 1.8 Hours of that was STOPPED. 7.7 hours actually moving. Average Moving speed was 64.5Km/h overall average speed was 58.9Km/h. Maximum speed was 143Km/h.(Don't judge me here. Like Mitch I found some open road).Now During that time on the highway I noticed:16 incidents of distracted driveing (Texting and driving) 2 of which were commercial transport trucks21 incidents of passing off roadway and illegal lane changes.0 (ZERO) incidents of speeding (ok 1 but that was me and I cannot be a witness against myself)450,000 (approx) incidents of following too close1 really hot red head in a convertable4 incidents of courteous driving and not feeling entitledNote: accuracy may be skewed by observational error in some cases Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
