better4me Posted May 16, 2008 Share Posted May 16, 2008 I'm surprised the Star did not also comment on the greenhouse gas emission the minister is accounted for and then had a green peace PR do a scolding of the conservatives lack of attention to the environment. While the Star complains about the hotel bill portion of the trip not being readily available, it would not surprise me if the hotel bill is included with the airfare portion. My company used to deal with Amex Biz travel and sometimes the airfare and hotel bills would appear on the same line. Amex also sends out a consolidated itinerary with all travel expressed as a final cost (e.g. air, hotel, car). It is a real pain to try and separate the lines out for reporting purposes.
