On Keller and fairness and the CIRB's mandate

Recommended Posts

The CIRB refuses to act and fulfill their responsibilities. If AC is unable to carry on business due to a labour situation created by the CIRB, they will have to act.

Starman, DOH was not part of the ALPA merger policy.

Homerun, DOH was CALPA policy adopted after ACPA was created and Air Canada left CALPA. It was subsequent to that that we joined ALPA.

Starman ,irrelevant. When AC aquired Canadian you were represented by ALPA. ALPA did not have DOH in their merger policy. So why did you guys show up demanding DOH?

Because it was advantageous for your group to the severe detriment of the OAC group, that's why.
