Homerun
The CIRB refuses to act and fulfill their responsibilities. If AC is unable to carry on business due to a labour situation created by the CIRB, they will have to act. Starman, DOH was not part of the ALPA merger policy. Vsplat
Jaydee, amazing you can espouse fairness and integrity and at the same time defame the reputation of another based on hearsay. Good thing you're hiding behind that handle of yours. I'm sure Keller would love to know who is running him down.... Vs
Guest Starman
Homerun, DOH was CALPA policy adopted after ACPA was created and Air Canada left CALPA. It was subsequent to that that we joined ALPA.
Homerun
Starman ,irrelevant. When AC aquired Canadian you were represented by ALPA. ALPA did not have DOH in their merger policy. So why did you guys show up demanding DOH? Because it was advantageous for your group to the severe detriment of the OAC group, that's why.
