Kip Powick
I'll pass on the pretzels, thanks You may hope that meals or snacks are not served on your next flight through Chicago O'Hare. Why's that, you ask? An O'Hare storage facility housing airline food and snacks was shut down by city inspectors earlier this week after city inspectors who found the facility infested with rodents, reports Chicago's ABC Channel 7. The inspectors say they found more than 1,000 rat droppings throughout the facility, which is used to store airline staples such as pretzels, soda and beer. The operator, Gate Gourmet, was also found to be operating without a business license, according to ABC-7. City officials say the warehouse will remain closed pending a new license and another inspection
