Am using the favorite button which has always worked in the past, double checked address, am running out of ideas. Anyone else having access problems? I got the try in 30 minutes message too, odd considering we aren't waiting for an actual human to deal with us. Maybe they "cut back" the computer? Employee access times are being restricted in order to provide faster response times to legitimate customers. It a variation of the old theme .... "employees may only process ticketing requests at the ticket counter betweeen the hours of 10:00 and 14:00 and after 19:00 on days starting with R and X".
