chockalicious
Hi AC folks I was recently on an international AC flight. They crew was 1 FA short in the cabin however the 2 FA working the economy cabin were absolutely tremendous. Very friendly, lots of smiles and both were what would you would call "experienced" in terms of tenure. I went to the galley during some down time and identified myself as someone who worked for an airline in Canada. I told her that the way she handled the elderly couple seated in front of me was great and that overall the flight was really great. we had a nice chat and I went back to my seat. My question then is this? If I give this feedback to the AC website will that paticular FA receive any kind of recognition or comment from the company or does it just get stored. UpperDeck
Send a letter to "in-flight". It goes into the employees' files. It is much appreciated by all involved.
