Well, let's see now... if Alitalia, Cathay Pacific, KLM and El Al, along with Air Canada are complaining... Who does he envision will swallow the fees these carriers deem too expensive? "the most expensive airport in North America to land in and one of the 10 most expensive in the world."

Sure David... Hey, maybe you can get your trains to Europe via a bridge?!

Collenette's hobby is trains, so i'm not surprised by the comments that come from him. Hopefully Martin will do the right thing and get rid of this guy, before he totally ruins the industry.

Of course the load factors would be interesting. I do no believe that the service could support itself but of course your suggestion was tongue-in-cheek. ;)
