One part of the website gives the hours as 8:30am to 9:00pm EST and another section gives the time as 9:00am to 5:00pm EST ...........so I would guess that the correct one is that they shut down at 5:00pm EST...but you'd think they would have a tape playing for those that call on "off" hours advising them of the CORRECT hours instead of just letting the damned phone ring.
