deicer Posted September 26, 2003 Share Posted September 26, 2003 Have heard this week that the new Ramp Bid is coming out in two weeks for YYZ. The scuttlebutt is that the company is eliminating all full-time dayshifts and will be covering them with part-time. At this time when they want everyone to give 110%, does it pay to make your workforce annoyed? Not only will the dayshift guys be mad at going back to afternoons, but the guys on afts who have worked to get "early" afts will be mad at being bumped back.
