Because "Keller" is not out there at this time it's AC's intention to complete the bid following the Mitchnik rules. An interesting complication? RECOGNIZING THAT THERE IS AN IMPENDING RELEASE OF THE KELLER REVISIONS TO OUR SENIORITY LIST WE PLAN TO UTILIZE FOR THE AWARDING OF THIS EQUIPMENT BID THE SENIORITY LIST IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF BID CLOSE. ……. "Because "Keller" is not out there at this time it's AC's intention to complete the bid following the Mitchnik rules" Not true, the company has said it will decide on June 30th at 15:00 which list to use.
