Guest james
Pretty neat happenings in Calgary with a new type of bridge, that allows boarding from the front and rear at the same time. From what I understand, it is auto controlled to place the rear bridge to the aircraft once the operator places the front in position.
Guest leftbase
Very cool. I first enjoyed the benefits of embark/disembarking throught the rear door years ago with Southwest (using airstairs). At the time I wondered how that would work in a Canadian winter climate! Although at the time WJ was just a gleam in Clive's eye...looks like somebody else wondered too! dagger
I can't say whether the GTAA has backtracked, but the plan for the new terminal in Toronto opening this fall has included a number of double bridges.

Guest YVRCREEP
James, It's not actually a bridge. It's a giant two headed vacuum cleaner to suck up all Clive's hot air!! Just kidding. All in fun. (zipped)CREEP.
