More rumors off FlyerTalk from an AC employee:

The exterior paint job is step one on these two aircraft. Interior retrofits including new colours, lie flat seats in J/C, and PTV's throughout the cabin has been confirmed. Supplier contracts just being finalized. The above changes will affect all AC widebodied/internationally configured aircraft (A343/A333/B763). Also very strong rumors of additional widebodied aircraft to be announced along with routes on October 19.
