Welll, I don't think the "greeter" helped the situation. Small dog at bottom of large open-topped cage (cart) with human bending down from above, hand outstretched. Ya just don't do things like that with dogs. Nevertheless, this dog has tasted blood and that is not a good thing. Additionally, its owner tried to evade responsibility for her animal. THAT was what got my dander up.
