I know someone who was significantly affected after installing CFL light bulbs in their home. Removing them made their arthritic and migraine symptoms disappear in less than a week. Some good information is in these videos from Global's new show 16 x 9: The Bigger Picture. There are two parts, the first is "Rays of Rash", and the second is "Dirty Energy". I know back in my youth siting in a classroom under a row of fluorescent bulbs I would get a headache, but I attributed it to the flicker effect that those older bulbs had.
