Mitch Cronin
Yessir. A water separator/fuel filter had become somewhat bunged up with water... I'd been replacing that every third oil change... think I'll change it to every second one now... and add one of those filters to the essential items travel kit... along with some means of priming the thing after replacement. That gave me a bit of a hard time today. After further consideration, I've decided I like the mindset of the man who wrote this (was it one of the Fogerty bro's?): Just got home from Illinois, lock the front door, oh boy! Got to sit down, take a rest on the porch. Imagination sets in, pretty soon I'm singing, CHORUS: Doo, doo, doo, Looking out my back door. There's a giant doing cartwheels, A statue wearing high heels. Look at all the happy creatures dancing on the lawn. A dinosaur Victrola listening to Buck Owens. CHORUS Tambourines and elephants are playing in the band. Won't you take a ride on the flying spoon? Doo, doo doo. Wond'rous apparition provided by magician. CHORUS Tambourines and elephants are playing in the band. Won't you take a ride on the flying spoon? Doo, doo doo. Bother me tomorrow, today, I'll buy no sorrows. CHORUS Forward troubles Illinois, lock the front door, oh boy! Look at all the happy creatures dancing on the lawn. Bother me tomorrow, today, I'll buy no sorrows. CHORUS That last line fits perfectly.
