But here's another point, and maybe another truth: Passengers are not well known for their unimpeachable knowledge of anything to do with aviation. Isn't it conceivable that this was a real letter, written by a real passenger, who just didn't know that a 767 doesn't hold 340 passengers? In any case, who gives a crap.
