Best to compose it elsewhere and copy and paste to a freshly loaded message index, with a freshly loaded post reply window... But, the test post idea that Neo spoke of to recover a lost post... you need to put the test post in the same place. Elsewise... if the error is repeatedly occurring, regardless of how long it takes to post, and even in a freshly loaded post window, try deleting your internet cache entirely, then try again...
