Super 80 Posted October 12, 2003 Share Posted October 12, 2003 When I try to post a reply to a message I get an ASP error message, Wasn't the dispute with NW over something stupid, something about Mesaba refusing to repaint their 146's in the new NW colours? Personally I find the contracted our regional opperations to be a pretty sleazy clique of opperators. I find it insane that airlines are prepared to whore out their brand and reputation to save a few bucks, I have encountered a few people refusing to fly US Airways after the Beech 1900 crashes this year, the planes were opperated by two seperate companies, but the media coverage outside the trade press doesn't cover it that way. "A plane crashed Tuesday off Cape Cod minutes after takeoff, the second fatal crash this year involving a US Airways Beech 1900D airliner" The pax don't know the difference, they see a blue plane that says "US Airways" on it.
