The "Incident Report" thread below is a perfect example of the obvious benneficial use of this forum, providing both interest and education for some of us... the ever present difficulties with text communication do allow for misinterpretation of "tone" and intent, so if you try to adopt an assume-the-best-of-intentions attitude when reading, we'll all see the better side of your responses. When communication is face to face the tone and facial expressions make reading of intended emotional and attitudinal components easily evident. We haven't got that here, so it's best to assume the best, unless plenty of evidence is given to the contrary. Sound reasonable?
