Guest ACguy
This report is not the least bit enlightening. Imagine you are a small business operator with only two employees, but they are unionized. Employee A is senior to B by 1 year. A and B both preform their jobs well. However, B has what you might call a talent to do bigger and better things. Due to the collective seniority you must promote A first. This model of a union shop demonstrates that each employee for self-preservation should just do what is required as their is no reward for out performing or dedication etc. Multiply this by thousands and you get the idea. However, when a company is as large as AC there really is no alternative but to allow unions.
