UpperDeck Posted December 17, 2014 Share Posted December 17, 2014 This is a question for any AC "employee benefits" experts on the forum.You can call ETS if an issue arises but as with most "front line" employee groups, it is difficult for them to be resolution oriented.I wonder how you scale the ladder of responsibility. To whom can you communicate who will not only "care" but who has the authority to initiate a solution?I am assuming that "employee travel" is within HR and that might be my first mistake.Thanks for any input.
