Kip Powick Posted September 12, 2012 Share Posted September 12, 2012 CKWS TV in Kingston reports that an 18 wheeler left hwy 401 near Belleville Ontario, careened up an "off" ramp, across a ditch, and ended up on an "on" ramp.No deaths, but the reason seems to be medically related...... sayth the reporterTook 8 fire fighters to remove the driver....... who weighted in excess of 600 LBs !!!!!!
