Kip Powick
This link will take you to an unbelieveable model builder. I would suggest you read the article and "click" on the thumbnail photos, (to enlarge and fully appreciate),of his Corsair...truly amazing work. Moon The Loon
Great link Kip. When I was 4, my Dad went on a mission to the Caribbean on the "Maggie". While he was away, I thought I'd help him with his balsa-wood model of the Spit he was building. When Dad got home a few months later, he had a new set of matching match sticks. I sent him this link and he reminded me of this story. What a talent! (of Mr. Park, of course!)
Kip Powick
I had one of those model gas planes on a string, (two strings actually) and it went around in a circle. I had the deluxe version as it had a third string that was connected to the cockpit. You pulled the third string and the plastic pilot ejected and floated down on a little parachute.....or so it was supposed to. I had the plane going around in a circle and decided to eject the pilot. I never looked down to see what string I was going to pull.. I pulled full down elevator............poor sod went in at mach 1 . I never knew plastic could discintergrate into so many pieces....
