So the scale is different. On the other hand I also see little being done to combat crime!!!!!! The use of a gun in ANY crime, imo, should result in life imprisonment on the assumption that if you bring one to a crime you intend to use it. Yes there are the tragic killings such as the Jane Creba case, and the death of Bailey Zaveda this last weekend, yet overall, if you look at it closely, most of the shootings in the GTA are between rival drug gangs. It's just that the police don't want to admit that there is a drug war going on. As long as they continue to shoot themselves in 'revenge', it saves us the cost of a trial, appeal, and incarceration for 25 years.
