By DEAN NEWHOUSE Thursday, September 4, 2003 - Page A28 It's 7:30 on a Wednesday evening as I taxi the Kelowna Flightcraft Boeing 727 towards the active runway at Vancouver International Airport. Looks like it's going to be a nice night.
