If you are indeed facing a layoff when the Mitchnick 400+ exCAIL safety net isn't applied, then that puts your hiring just before the merger. It sickens me that you think you should have entitlement over a guy with 22 years. You were doing the happy dance when that list came out, and now that the pendulum is moving back towards fairness, you complain about how the greater good would be served if you could just keep dancing.
