Tango Niner Posted June 7, 2003 Share Posted June 7, 2003 JazzPilot is incorrect on 2 points. 1) Anything over 80 hours is overtime, not 85. 2) We get paid a flat yearly salary, NOT by the hour. So whether we work 65 or 80 hours in a given month, we still get paid the same. Generally we get blocked very close to 80, and in busy months they'll block us right into overtime; 85 or 86 hours is common in the summer months. He's correct on this point: Overtime, profit sharing, share purchase plan and a yearly allotment of options are all extras to our income.
