Guest q650
How long does ACPA have to reach an agreement with Air Canada? Any deadline?
Kip Powick
I believe that ACPA presents their "counter-proposal" to-day, by 5:00pm, and then AC and ACPA have 7 days to reach an agreement and if an agreement is reached, it has to be ratified by 30 June.........I think. Guest Flex
Air Canada News: CCAA hearings date moved to May 29. The Honourable Mr. Justice Farley has adjourned the motions of the CAW, CUPE, CALDA, ALPA, ACPA and IAM&AW that were set to begin today. Instead, Judge Farley has directed that counsel not appear before him until Thursday, May 29.
