I hope that everyone has or will sign the petition, it's about time the law biding public had their rights protected too instead of just the offender. It makes a person sick to their stomach when you hear about how the offender has suffered enough by being incarcerated for 5 years out of a 20 year sentence. Do the victims get a second chance?
