Have you sought out expert advice on the risks associated with an Air Canada CCAA filing? 3. What is your view of the CAW's assertion that the government could invoke its power to tear up Air Canada labor agreements in the event of a CCAA filing? 4. Are you certain that the airline won't be liquidated if things get to a CCAA filing? 5. What is the market share loss likely to be in a CCAA filing? Will that result in larger concessions and job loss? 6. Are you certain that the creditors won't strip the airline of valuable assets or force an even larger downsizing of Air Canada (with bigger loss of jobs and/or pay) than would be the case if you negotiated a voluntary concessions package?
