If ACPA does not get the fact that a dead body cannot negotiate, they don't deserve to live anymore as an entity. Just swallow the big chunk for now, let this company prosper and then, when comes the time ask for what you have lost; is it so hard to get ? NO COMPANY = NO POWER TO NEGOTIATE... More than 30 000 people are going to be inline for EI in the coming week because you did not get it at all ! Just be careful for what you wished for...
