The outcome hasn't forced itself upon us yet, as he hasn't done the driving test yet... but he's got one booked, so it'll be sometime soon. We're going to park the Celica. (which just passed a clean air test with absolutely zero prep!) I won't let him guilt me out of that. If he sneers at driving the truck, I just might have to teach him a little appreciation for the here-it-is/here-it-isn't privilege of driving it. Of course we lived in the country and a 12 mile walk to town on a Friday night was enough to cement our desire to meet dad's requirements as to which vehicle we got to drive.
