If you company payscale is based on other criteria, what is your payscale based on and what is the range start to top. We are topping out after 5 yrs. Lazionic Posted April 8, 2005 Share Posted April 8, 2005 Payscale for AME's at AC to top out is also about 5 years. It also depends at what level of training you had previously before being employed there (endorsment, licence). The top rate for a LLAT (Lead Licenced Aircrat Technician) is about $1 or $2 dollars more and it goes by senority. Hope this helps. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
