Looks like it is soon time for our friends at NavCan to ante up for their inefficiencies. Wonder if they will start to see any benefit in expediting air traffic and stop the useless delay tactics that have become customary here in Canada, esp. in YZ.

Perhaps they well realize that everytime they make an aircraft taxi from T2 to 05 and from 23 to T2 that this is money out of the industry which on day will come out of their pockets too.

"Nav Canada's expenses exceeded revenue by $97 million but the company compensated by drawing the same amount from its rate-stabilization account.
