Guest Operation Bomberclad
Two Quarter Penny-Stock Watch Well folks, I have had a few conversations with the guys up front about stocks and what might be a good pick, but there is never enough time to talk through the complete list, and as always I forget some of the details right in the middle. So for you regional folk wondering just what to invest in, and where to go for a value or speculative buy, I have compiled a list of smaller valued stocks to look at. Contra The Heard These guys are very popular and appear from time to time on ROBTV when they make a strong percentage and play up some of their wiser moves: http://www.contratheheard.com/cth/index.html A Very Lengthy Watchlist This watchlist I compiled over the last few months with some newcomers and some oldies. Some of the companies are going bankrupt, and some are running on hot air, while some are incredibly good value investments. Take a look, but just for the sake of disclosure, I am only holding Stockgroup Information Systems for the moment as this market-watching is turning obsessive compulsive and I should be out roller-blading. Anyway, take care and enjoy: Agriculture http://makeashorterlink.com/?H2E963C46 Wheat Pool: Be very wary of the fundamentals and number of stocks/un-issued valuations in SWP.B, though it does have a positive earnings report this quarter. Consolidation will probably occur once bond holders convert their debt for equity swap.(tot. 630 mil. shares) There is also the problem of a possibly extended drought condition and a tariff on Canadian Wheat. Bio http://makeashorterlink.com/?T1B921C46 Energy/Industrials 1 http://makeashorterlink.com/?X10A55C46 Energy/Industrials 2 http://makeashorterlink.com/?V67A21C46 Didn't have time to enter any under-valued small cap steel companies this time around, and also left out forestry, though UNF.A has come out of the woods. Get it? Right now, the only airline stock that seems viable is Transat, though there are bound to be ups and downs. (teehee.) Gold Play http://makeashorterlink.com/?Q2AB31C46 Metals Mining http://makeashorterlink.com/?E1EA22C46 Tech/Telco 1 http://makeashorterlink.com/?K3E623C46 Tech/Telco 2 http://makeashorterlink.com/?N28932C46 Tech/Telco 3 http://makeashorterlink.com/?Y1C921C46 UBS and LOK seem to be headed for bankruptcy. Uranium http://makeashorterlink.com/?Q4B654C46 JNR resources started out as a listed stock twenty years ago and only recently found Uranium. The company may go bankrupt before even arriving at a mine. May be bought out at its last gasp- there are too many shares issued as well and there may be more coming. :[ OB

Guest Operation Bomberclad
Hey, Brett! Lots of opining here: http://www.stockhouse.ca/bullboards/forum.asp?Symbol=EOP&table=LIST (not a good sign for google search results, meaning no analysts report to rely on) http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=eOptimize+Advanced+Systems+ebidta+positive&btnG=Google+Search&meta= This one is a speculative buy, but I would wait until positive earnings, because they have already issued shares to take care of debt. Shares outstanding are not extreme- can't seem to dig up an earnings report to clarify just how much revenue there is coming in, who their clients are. Chart has typical cup&handle pattern coming up, which would require an ebitda postive quarter before a breakout occurs: http://makeashorterlink.com/?W22D23D46 :[ OB
