CAW membership in mtc here will drop by 20 including management positions A BIG HIT for this base! I am not impressed with our Mangement (upper)and the direction it is leading us. YYZ and YUL appear to be the new favoured bases with positions opening there. Is management banking that by relocating base priorities it will lower labour costs (more senior established on base = less willing to move?) Moral has understandably tanked!(work load hasn't) How's the moral at our other mtc bases doing and what are the downsizing numbers there?
